We are a market-leading environmental firm looking for talented Outside Sales Executives to join our team! We are changing quickly and growing globally and need a dynamic, flexible, and knowledgeable individual who wants to be part of our expanding culture. While focusing on the work, it takes to keep everything on track.

This position provides a base salary and a bonus structure. Travel is extensive. 30-50% required domestic travel throughout the US. The salesperson will be operating out of our central New Jersey office when not traveling.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients through research, cold calling, training, collaboration, with colleagues, and attending meetings
  • Travel extensively in territories across the US
  • Prepare and run professional meetings/presentations informing the client of our services
  • Identify decision-makers amongst the targeted leads to initiate the sales process
  • Increase sales by generating and developing new clients
  • Research the market for new customers and marketing sales strategies
  • Determine the a strategic approach for accounts and work within the team to meet the needs of our customer
  • Required to travel overnight 50% (Nationwide) – traveling every other week
  • Education and Work Experience Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in a B2B sales capacity
  • Service-oriented B2B sales experience is highly desired
  • Experience in selling to Industrial clients is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects to new clients
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time and territory management
  • Ability to recover lost accounts and act as a reliable client manager
  • Proficient level computer skills including MS Office, CRM experience, and video social platform experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
